Newly added data and reports

  • European Social Survey (ESS): Updated database. The second release of the fifth wave of the ESS includes six new countries. Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, Slovakia, and Ukraine have been added.
  • International Network on Leave Policies Reports: Newly added report series. The reports systematically review the maternal, paternal, and parental leave policies, including reforms from 2004 to 2010 in 29 countries.
  • The European Union Democracy Observatory on Citizenship: Newly added database. The European Union Democracy Observatory on Citizenship offers policy and legislative information on gaining or losing citizenship in 44 countries.
  • Comparative Family Policy Database: Newly added database. The Comparative Family Policy Database provides information on family allowances and parental leave regulations. It includes a range of comparative, historical indicators for 22 OECD countries on the period 1960-2010
  • Human Mortality Database (HMD): Newly added database. The HMD provides detailed comparative data on population demographics and mortality for 37 countries from 1751 onwards. In addition to general measures it contains life-tables for cohorts that were observed from birth to extinction
  • EU-KLEMS Productivity Database: Newly added database. The database provides comparative measures of economic growth, productivity, employment creation, capital formation and technological change at industry level for all European Union member states from 1970 onwards
